Scheduling the Reservation Directly From the Calendar

You can easily schedule a reservation by selecting a block of time on the

calendar. To do this you must first configure the MGC Personal Scheduler to

be the default appointment form.

To configure the appointment form:

1. Right-click the Calendar icon and then click Properties.

The reservation can be recurring. For details, see “Scheduling Recurring

Appointments and Meetings” on page 3-16.
